So my transmission went out any suggestions on beefing it up or shift kits never had transmission work and wanna make sure I get it done right thanks...

Not sure where your power levels are at (stock vs modified), but if reliability is a concern you can't beat a RPM built transmission. They have several stages from stock to radically modified power levels.
