Police are slow to respond to pretty much everything unless it's "Officer Down".Reminds me of the joke:Man calls police and reports two people breaking into his garage. Police advise that they can't come for 30 minutes. He calls them back right away and say's "no need to rush. I've shot both of them". 3 squad cars show up within minutes and arrest the two burglars who are still there.The officer asks the owner "I thought you said you shot them". He replies "I thought you said you couldn't get here for 30 minutes"
