Thanks for allowing me to post up for you Duff and tell all about your visit from Trenton to Cambridge, to see our Vette guru Manny for a little of his magic.
Manny and Rob were busy guys Monday night with much to do already and then we invaded. There must have been 6 or 7 'vettes of varying years and colours attending for one reason or another and was it busy and crowded.
As Duff had mentioned, Manny was patient and a great host even had time to talk to an old gasbag like me for a minute or 2 -- so kudos to Manny from us all for getting thru the night with little to eat (we know you missed supper) and keeping your sanity. -- I wouldn't have blamed you for clearing house and wanting to get down to business asap, but you got it done, and even chatted with us to boot............
I can only hope you're as patient when I come visit on Sunday.
I promise I'll try to say nothing and not interfere. (I also have a bridge in New York for sale but more about that later.)
Duff was the man who had the cam. I was a dope and forgot mine. DOHHHH!!!!
No worries. Here's what we got: Pics include Duff's Red C6 beauty, to Brian's Shiny Yellow C4 rag, to the Lemans Blue C6 coupe with skirts and airdam and new TT hood, (loved that car. very striking and great kit), to Dangerous Dan's red C5 creation (700hp to the wheels!) to my C6 Chrystal Red Grand Sport with a " great rear end" , to a few I've forgotten already, so without any more gab, here they are including a short vid of Duff's ride from when he got it late last year, and in no particular order; so humble apologies for mixing them up
Oh yeah can't forget the little red C6 bomb with an exhaust that we heard, it seemed, all the way to Kitchener after leaving Manny's. We all loved it but agreed that it was probably a little too much for most of us. Music to listen to tho.
