Anyone recognize this “roll bar”?

Actually, “roll bar” probably isn’t technically the right name as thats not going to help anyone in a roll over situ. “Sport bar” might be more accurate.

The car is a custom, being a convertible modified to LT5 specs, so the bar may also be a “one of” job.

I quite like it. It’s subtle, yet suits the “squarish” C4 look. It also would make a convenient place to hang a wind guard to help keep the wife’s hair from going all “wacky waving arm inflatable tube man” when going for a sunny day cruise.

I’ve searched for one (internet) but haven’t found it.

Anyone know if it is offered for sale from some retailer?

If anything, probably designed to stiffen the body with all that extra power. The C4 is well know for is flexing capabilities. Cool looking bar though.

I don’t think thats it’s purpose. It’s attached to the tonneau cover, not the belt towers.

It’s more likely a cosmetic item only.
