Pump out truck perhaps? We have septic pump out in parts of the city due to the prohibitive cost of under road pipes due to all of the rock. There are a few spots where they have to park on the street while pumping which is too narrow to pass them so it’s a damn good thing vehicles have a reverse gear, lol . Nasty on a hot calm day.
