That thinks the C7 looks very similar to the Ferrari F12 exterior wise only lol.. minus afew cosmetic differences the lines are quite similar.

Considering that the Corvette has been around a bit longer, I would venture that it is the other way around with the Ferrari looking like the Corvette.
Has the Corvette styling changed over the years? Yes, but it always looked like a Corvette!

I've thought that, though I don't know if it's enough to make a case that one was copying the other, but the F12 came out before the C7.

With all the design restrictions on modern cars due to safety standards, combined with shapes which are more aerodynamic for fuel efficiency, it's harder to get differences and you're going to end up with a certain amount of stuff looking similar. I think the front quarter and side profile of the C5 looked like the FD RX-7.
