Anyone experienced air cooled seats not automatically turning on in warm weather

What are the parameters for the seats to detect swamp ass?

Even the warm air seats behoves me. No idea what the parameters are.

Auto Heated and Ventilated Seats
If the vehicle is equipped with auto heated
or ventilated seats, and the engine is
running, this feature will automatically
activate the heated or ventilated seats at
the level required by the vehicle's interior
temperature.
The active high, medium, low, or off heated
or ventilated seat level will be indicated by
the manual heated and ventilated seat
buttons on the console.
Use the manual heated and ventilated seat
buttons on the console to turn auto heated
or ventilated seats off. If the passenger seat
is unoccupied, the auto heated or ventilated
seats feature will not activate that seat. To
enable or disable auto heated or ventilated
seats, select Settings > Vehicle > Climate
and Air Quality > Auto Cooled or Auto
Heated Seats > ON or OFF

Auto ventilated seats are turned as per settings but rarely activate at warm temperature about 19 or 20 Celsius. Dealer tells me that this issue has not been reported before in North America after checking with GM. Heated seats operate as expected but ventilated seats not operating as they should.

I can read the manual, but they don't work the way I want them to. No matter how cold, the heated seats never come on at level 3 and no matter how hot the ventilation seats never come on at level 3.
