Yes as you can see in C7Jake picture there are 4 little 3/16 holes drilled to mount the licence plate, 1 in each corner.
Thank you for your reply. Is that bracket different than the Aero Panel? According to the description, that one doesn't require any holes drilled:

The Aero Panel is the one that came with your car and does not require any drilling to mount. What Jake did was trim the aero panel so that it was frameless in appearance
