Just a heads up to anyone considering cross border travel after the US July 4th National Holiday.
The older westbound span will be closed from July 5th, until some time on October for a rehab/refurb project.
The newer eastbound span will be divided into 1 lane WB and 2 lanes EB for the duration of the closure.
This is one of the busiest border ports in Canada/US, so be advised that the delays will be worse than normal.
All WB traffic, passenger and commercial, will be sharing 1 lane, and I expect the delays will be horrendous.
