Interesting! Social media must have finally surfaced with a clear image of the driver! The license plate apparently is of less help since it doesn't identify who was actually driving the car at the time.......................

Now I wonder what the verdict will be and the penalty?

Glad to hear they finally laid charges so others don't think they can get away with such acts. And by acts I mean just being a moron on a busy road. If the guy did this in a parking lot at night or off on a side street with no one around, I doubt we would have even heard about it.

I agree Riley but to do this on a major thoroughfare in the city is just pure insanity. Going to be interesting to see if there is a conviction and the punishment will be. Stay tuned...
