Hi,

I’m wondering if someone has a recommendation for grease for my 73?
This is for the ball joints, tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm, clutch z-bar cross shaft and power steering control valve.
I have seen that there are a lot of different ones but I don’t know which one.
I have found this one so far:
Mobil grease XHP 222 390g

Hello and greetings. I would think any of major companies grease would do the job. Not sure just what those companies might be in Norway but there really isn't a lot of difference between the big names in grease. I would think that anything by Mobile would be of good quality and you couldn't go wrong using it. If you really want to get people excited ask about the best oil and oil filter. That seems to be a topic that people have strong views on. LOL

Agreed with what was stated above. I do not believe there is a specific grease needed for 73's. The grease you have asked about would be sufficient.
By the way, Walmart oil and Fram filters are the best......lol.
I agree with the Walmart no name oil made from Brazilian walnuts Riley, but Fram filters I avoid. I find my homemade oil filter of a tomato juice can with a roll of unused toilet paper inside is the best.
