700r4 conversion

Was wondering if anyone has done the 700r4 conversion? I have one out of a 85 caprice that i traded for . I know that I will need to change the crossmember and shorten the driveshaft, and adjusting the TV cable can be a pain in the butt.
seems there are a lot of companies making a bolt in crossmeber was wondering what other people have used.
