Hey Bryan. I googled it and it is not listed as an option. My guess is that all
C1's were arm strong steering. From your posts I am guessing you bought yourself a project... Am I right..

Hi Brian, I restored a 59 many years ago. I may have some original boxed GM parts still kicking around if your interested.
Small bit's and pieces.
I'm just up the road and would be interested in seeing the car.
