350 corvette motor

Sort of...! It's complicated.
Your 2000 LS1 was used in other GM vehicles around the same time frame..
But your LS1 differs greatly from the small block Chevy of years ago.
It's actually 346 cu in, (I think) vs 350 of the olden days.

Yours is a Gen III engine, replaced with a Gen IV in 2005.
They changed many things during that time,bore,stroke, head design,etc.

Also some of the accessories are specific tot he corvette. Same with how they are mounted on the block. I believe the corvette was the only car to get the winged oil pan (lower profile and more capacity). Also some pulley sizes are different than say and F-body or truck engine.

The LS1 is very different from the earlier 350's. The change was made in the Corvette in 97 and in the Camaro in 98. Totally new aluminum block, evenly spaced exhaust ports on the heads, different firing order, no distributor, etc.
