In case you have not seen this, the Z51 appears to come with a stock MID-wing.
I would imagine this will be deletable or replaceable when ordering your new 2025 with Z51 package.

It looks like someone took a high wing spoiler and just cut off 80% of the stanchions.

IMO It's not as gaudy looking as the high wing.
