2022 C8 Stingray Production Ends Today: Credit to CorvetteActionCenter

Today GM stops making 2022 C8 Stingrays and Monday (May 16) the 2023's start rolling down the assembly line, with the 2023 Z06 production starting sometime later in the summer. So those of you with a TPW around now, you may be getting a 2023 rather than a 2022. The start of 2023 production is welcome news for those of us impatiently waiting for the Z06.

WRONG!
The last 2022 vin has already been disclosed. It is 25165. That means 2022 production will end on Thursday the 19th if all goes well.

Thanks Murray. Just passing along info which the Corvette Action Center says was "confirmed this morning by GM". We'll see if they talked to the wrong people in GM.
No worries. I also have a vin that was confirmed for next week by the museum.

This is a quote from a member on the midengine forum.
I just talked to Shane at the NCM. He said I have a build day of next Tuesday and it will be done by Wednesday afternoon, the last day for production.
I am 25069.

Also, it was confirmed at the Bash that the total production for 2022 was 25,991 which includes CTF's of course, plus the 12 cars that were damaged by the Tornado.

The news was likely garnered before the week off which would have made this week the final week.
