Tradition in out our is to put it up on Christmas eve and then take it down on old Christmas Day. I will have to wait a while before I can post a picture

I have Birthday's to celebrate within 30 days of the Dec 25th event so the house "needs" to be brought
up to a standard of "great spirit" for the season. I'd think of nothing better than to see some Christmas Eve
Tree photos and from those who do them sooner (hence the thread).
My daughter's 17th and last Bday is today before she becomes legal drinking age ...
so we are keeping it as youthful as we can this week ... hoping my Wife's Bday is on the weekend
can absorb the youthfulness feeling too ... as we have 5 teen girls for a
"sandra dee sleepover" (remember Grease) on the weekend. I have to clean and
surrender my man cave for that (OMG). Nothing but blow-up mattresses everywhere.
5 more bdays follow in December (non of which are mine but the beer & wine will be) ...
