Question 2005 Corvette service activate handling system

The warning use to just go off. Now when it comes on the car almost comes to a complete stop. It grinds and feels like I'm on the brakes at the same time trying to move forward. I can stop. Turn the car off, then back on and it's fine. What does this mean? And roughly how much to fix,. Thank you in advance. New Vet owner. Don't know much about cars .

Click the little magnifying glass top right of the window and type "active handling C5" and you will have enough reading on this problem to last you a lifetime.

yeah you better get it looked at too. It can kill you. I have mine disabled.
