1976 evap canister setup

Anyone that could help me on how to hook up a evap canister up to a Holley carb? That or help me delete it without running into vapor lock issues? I’d appreciate learning a thing or two

I would think the evap canister would be the same on your 76 and my 77. To hook up the evap canister there should be a hard line that runs up the drivers side of your car. This line runs back to the top of your gas tank. The other end just stubs up around your brake porportioning valve. So you’ll have to run a hose from that to the topside of your canister. I believe it is written on the top which is in and out but it shouldn’t actually matter. Then run the hose from the out on the canister to any vacuum line (other than your brake booster line as that should be dirrect with no Tees). That’s it. If you want to delete it than I believe you’ll need a vented gas cap.
