1954 CHEVROLET CORVETTE
In 1954, there were a total of 3,640 Corvette roadsters made. The exclusivity of the car made it extremely desirable, and the quality of the vehicle speaks for itself. Out of those 3,640, this specific car is number 2,866. The original owner of the car owned it until the winter of 1963. The 2nd owner enjoyed driving the car until the spring of 1966, when it was placed in storage. There it stayed until 2005, when it was retrieved and underwent an extensive frame-off restoration. This car is simply the best of the best. Polo white exterior, gorgeous red interior, a blue flame 235ci engine, and Powerglide Automatic 2-speed Transmission. The prestigious National Corvette Restorers Society gave it a Top Flight score of 99.5 in 2013. In 2012, it received a Bloomington Gold Certification score of 98.6. Records indicate that there have only been 15 total Corvettes of this year to score 98.6 or higher since they began keeping records in 1978.

Wow, a simply gorgeous car. The styling and simplicity back then is so beautiful. This would be a perfect example to add to someones collection. I would love to see pictures of the engine compartment and chassis. A NCRS top flight score of 99.5 is almost impossible to achive. She is a jewel! Thanks for posting @SN-III
