Update: I shopped around and was able to find a more reasonable priced shop. Doing full front, hood, fenders, a pillars, mirrors, roof line etc PPF & also ceramic coating remaining car - about $1700, which I can live with - some of the $3500 to $4000 quotes I got just felt way too much. Thanks...

Picked up my brand new 24 c8, straight from dealer to garage and haven’t driven it because I was planning on getting PPF (front end, other areas, track pack) + Ceramic coating. About $3800 for that. But thinking about it more I might just skip it and want to hear from those that never got it...

Thx for the congrats. Was a tough decision between the affordable c8 stingray vs. C8 Z06. Z06 Would have had to stretch my budget quite a bit and likely trade in my 996, so decided with the stingray as a financially responsible decision.

Update: pulled the trigger on a 24 1LT with Z51. About 9K off msrp - but what’s more attractive to me was the 0% rate for 60 months on remaining 24’s.

There only a few 1LT 24's left - seeing dealers discounting about 8 to 9K on them. Reason for getting a 24 and not 25 is bcz of the 0% 60 month rate. Is 8-9K Good? seeing some people mentioning 15K+ discounts in some threads here.

Looks like I’m out, just waiting for process on getting deposit back. Was actually offered a allocation so lists seems to be moving quickly. The massive $12K price increase is too much for me. In a 911 now and will stay with it for now. Should be able to walk in and buy one next spring at...

Just going by the recent posts in MM thread: “yes sir Nader Hanna emailed my confirmation today, 716 it is, they said 4-6 months” “Their show room is packed with sold C8s. Stopped in last Friday to see if there was anything for sale. I was told place an order. 3 to 6 months out if I did.”
