    Thanks for all the responses. I just ordered a set of brass gears for the headlight motors and will be installing once received. I have watched a few YouTube videos and it doesn't look like it is hard to do.

    Sounds like that is what I have to do also. It is just weird that both headlights go up and down and I only get the grinding sound when they are lowered. Just on the drivers side.

    Thanks for your reply.. but I think I may have confused you. I am talking about the black cover for the fuse box in the footwell. I can't seem to get the hold down screw to line up so the cover is held in place.

    Hi, I just removed relay #44 from the footwell fuse/relay box to disable Twilight Sentinel and at the risk of sounding like an idiot, I am having a hell of a time getting the fuse/relay cover back on. Can't seem to get the hold down screw to line up. Am I missing something? Is there a trick...
