    Tracking an eray

Fighting an EV fire is quite unlike fighting an ICE type fire. Don't kid yourself, these electrical fires burn out of control at extremely high temperatures. Firefighters, tow truck operators, and even some police departments and first responder operations are receiving courses on how to...

Hood releases but doenst pop ann inch or two when first opned

I had the same problem. I discovered that the two hood struts were lazy, as I guess the gas inside them had dissipated over the years. Bought two new ones from RockAuto, really not expensive, and problem was solved.

Probably the biggest problem with all the pre-C8 E-Ray owners is that they will get their asses whipped and not even hear it coming!

The true point is that research and development of self contained, self recharging EV vehicle should be the ultimate goal, eliminating the need for any outside requirement to sustain itself. No hydro power, no coal, no fusion materials. That will definitely reduce worldwide emissions hands down!

As you wrote, and I agree, the designs are improving. I am not against EVs, I think we should wait for all the glitchs to be resolved before moving forward in our instance. On another note, we here in Quebec are fortunate to produce our electrical power by water powered dams, very clean and...

    Tracking an eray

As a condominium owner there was a push to have our 2 story underground parking facility to be wired and fitted out with charging stations. I requested a moratorium on this idea until we can be 100 percent certain that we will have a minimal fire risk situation. While fuel propelled vehicles can...

A guy walks through the door around 1:30pm one day. His surprised wife asks him" Wow! How come you are home so early?" "My boss fired me" "He told me to "Go to Hell!!" ...so here I am!

Yeah! Karbelt Speed & Custom! Forgot about them! Located on Sherbrooke Street in NDG many years ago. Was a hangout for all of us gearheads. God knows how many hard earned dollars I dropped in there over the years. Brossard Speed Shop was the other place to go for stuff, located on Taschereau...

WHOA!! I stand corrected! High strength steel with full zinc coating and high quality frame paint, that's what little Vettes are made of! The tire size is good, but the appearance changes somewhat.

Don't worry about rust whereas these cars are constructed using an aluminum full cage type frame. Exhaust systems are the only possible "rust" items on a C4. Tires (16") are becoming a replacement issue, as the correct size are becoming harder to find. Optispark is the only real pain-in-the-butt...

Does this have a "flat-plane" electric motor?
