If anyone wants to try the cat delete with the OEM X pipe I have one (ie one with the cats still on it) thats currently for sale. I can take them to a recycler for the precious metals in the cats but would rather have them used by someone. Its a great and cheap sound mod. LMK Cheers

1. 2 sealed cases (12 bottles) of the Mobil 0W-40 Supercar oil. Think I paid $15 plus tax so say $160 for the 12 or just over $13 a bottle, no tax 2. full OEM X pipe with cats - got them when I cut out the cats on the original set in case I didnt like them (I did) - $200 or make me an offer...

Yes you would - its definitely a little louder and deeper sounding. Its got nothing to do with headers or lack thereof. If you go with aftermarket headers then you're really changing the whole system at that point I do not have an axle back system but have heard a few and they can really make...

Did this as well a couple of yrs ago. Nice sound improvement for sure. No gas smell at all. Need to keep the primary cats because of the O2 sensors. There are none behind the 2nd cats

Odd, very friendly when I have been there. I never left a message though. Either call and wait till someone answers or just go there as they definitely have the oil.

You can get it at OEM Fleets in Mississauga, ask for Sunny. Last time I got it I paid $15/L I think and you can just pick it up at their office. No minimum buy other than a box of 6.

As Murray already said, the anecdotal evidence doesn't prove anything. That's like saying I have sprinkled holy water on all my cars for the past 30 yrs and they all purr like kittens! I think a few of us are just trying to save you a few bucks but if it makes you feel better to dump something...
