Last year car was built July 17. Arrive in Edmonton Aug 28. Picked up Sept 5th and drove back to Whistler the next day via Abbotsford to pick up car. Flight out of Abbotsford $19. Bought mine at Wolf Chev. Get transit insurance in BC. The dealer gave me license to got through Alberta for free.

Is that what they are booking now or did you choose that far away? I chose that far away as I thought it would be cooler. Their is space available in August. Seems to be all gone in Sept and Oct. Also will be driving from Whistler BC and thought that their would be less summer holiday...

My C8 was produced July 18. Now it is in the KS rail yard with an estimated delivery date of Aug 18 to Edmonton.

Thanks Mr Corvette for that information. I was on 3 dealers lists for 2 years. I did a lot of phoning around got this order after being on a list for 10 days. Also got another call back to submit an order on the same day. It also helped that I did not want a Z51. All at MSRP. Plus 677 Doc fee.
