Anyone ever hear of or bought from ...

The ACS company I used is based in Lachine, QC. Excellent products, perfect fit with all hardware included. And yes, a bit pricy but ... you get what ... and you are putting this on your very expensive Corvette. https://acscomposite.com/

    Question Skipping PPF and Ceramic

PPF well worth the price for the front clip and hood. A flying rock can occur anywhere on a highway, even if you are not close to the vehicle ahead. It has saved a paint job on the front end for sure. As others have argued - you pay a lot of money for the car, a small investment is worth it. As...

    The Tariff Thread

Saw this article on the CTV news site. CBSA has started charging a 25% tariff on cars over 25 years being imported to Canada. A MOPAR guy got the shock at the border. https://www.ctvnews.ca/winnipeg/article/i-was-in-shock-winnipeg-man-slapped-with-46k-bill-to-bring-dream-car-into-canada/

    Ron Fellows typical Canadian day.

Great video. I drove both my C7's all winter with Michelin snow tires and would seek out empty parking lots to play with the nannies turned off. It was a wonderful and fun car in the snow. I cannot imagine what 1024 HP would be like on a snow covered track, But I have no doubt Ron Fellows could...

A Sucker Punch From Your Neighbour/Friend? (US/Canada Trade War)

In 2011, Turdeau told his wife that he was made for the job of Prime Minister. IMO, he thinks he should be in power for many more years because he 'admires China's basic dictatorship" (his own words)

A Sucker Punch From Your Neighbour/Friend? (US/Canada Trade War)

While this trade conflict is progressing, let's encourage every Canadian to stop booing the American national anthem at sports events in Canada. It is truly disgusting that we belittle ourselves in this way. Do we really want this to break down to booing the other county's anthem at every game...

A Sucker Punch From Your Neighbour/Friend? (US/Canada Trade War)

But, but .... there is no business case for exporting our natural gas, we were told. Canada is long overdue to broaden our customer base. We are and have always been a resource based economy while manufacturing and services provides some benefits. Churchill and Hudson's Bay represents an outlet...

    The Tariff Thread

North American autos are probably the most complicated manufactured product for tariffs. Components can come from Canada, USA, Mexico, China, Vietnam, etc. Doors made by Magna in Ontario for Chevrolet can have components from multiple countries. Once assembled, the doors are shipped to the...

A Sucker Punch From Your Neighbour/Friend? (US/Canada Trade War)

We are all in a tough spot wrt the Trump aggression towards his allies. Our cars are built in the US, parts we need are mostly made in the US. I am really not sure how to manage this conflict with my needs versus the source.
