In a previous post I shared photos of my trip to Bowling Green last August. Some of those photos were of a ZR1X in a "Reserved" parking spot in front of the assembly plant. Here is one of those photos along with a couple taken last week during the US ice storms. Drive em!

In pictures I never thought I would like it but it looks great. Just enough metallic in it to bring it to life. I usually don't buy cars with flashy colours but this one I would get.

I received one yesterday for my first C8, which I have not owned for almost three years.

Mine came by Fedex. There was a customs/duty fee I had to pay when delivered. I wasn’t home so they left a note. I paid the fee online and it was delivered next day.

Happy with mine! No space for it in the house so in my garage.

I have had it on both of my C8s. There are regular areas that I drive where the memory feature kicks in as I approach, and out afterwards. Love having it.

After 20 years they must really smell bad.

My Z51 tire noise is quite noticeable. When I put the base all season tires/wheels on for the winter it is quieter but not silent. Zero steering vibration with either set of tires. Tiny bit of tranny whine as you have described but almost imperceptible. 14,000kms, 2023.
