Have you had the car from new? Were the brakes ever changed, if so at a reputable garage or dealer? If the pads have been changed or cleaned up, the ends that sit in the caliper might have been ground down a bit to clean the rust and crud off and now have too much clearance causing the clicking...

I was out today and the weather was 17 degrees for the whole ride, after 32 minutes the normal idicator came on. The tire pressures were 226 kpa. When I pulled out of the garage, the pressures were 208.
