Also worth mentioning that the new msrp continues to rise.
Built a ‘23 on line optioned the same as my ‘22 and the price is up almost $9k… oh and you still can’t get one.
That helps keep the used prices up.
Doesn’t hurt to start it once in a while… i just let it run up to full operating temp and any condensation evaporates.
I ran a tender cord up thru the wiper panel so I can keep the batt charged.
very few sports cars sell this time of year here. dealers that have vettes in inventory don't need to "fire sale" anything, and are happy to wait for the in season money. The market will be softer due to the fact we're into the 4th year of production.. interest rates may have effect too but...
Those numbers are all optimistic; I'd love to see what the dyno says... and added together only total the increase to 61hp so where does 575 come from?
The more I see of that wing the less I like it, It suits the Z06 with the wider bodywork but the stingray less so. also the narrow span between mounting posts looks off and there will need to be significant changes to make it solid.
If the opportunity arises to open the car up would you be...
If their charges are out of line you don't have to go to GM, just contact OMVIC.
In fact if you mention OMVIC to the dealer they will quickly resolve any wrongdoings if they are going outside the rules... no dealer wants a call from those guys.
I brought my ‘22 in for its first oil change at 3900kms (I took it on a road trip to Texas and wanted to start fresh) they did a trans flush and filter; I think it was a recall on the filter or something. No charge to me.
Very comparable outside the car. Difference in the c8 is you sit further away from the tailpipes with the engine between you… probably with some sound insulation…
So inside the car the exhaust is somewhat muted even in track mode.
