    strange hud display

    I have an 04 and I seen the same thing about a month ago in Carlisle while driving. It was really sunny and my whole display turned an orange/yellow and it was showing all the different lights at once "check engine" "shift" "rpm" ect. I shut it off for about ten min and back on its been fine...

    Its because pushrods are per say "old technology" combined with vvt which is "new technology". I dont think any other manufacturer is using pushrods in their V8's let alone VVT with them.

    Castrol Syntec from Costco 6 liters for $39.99 and you can even catch it on sale sometimes, best bang for your buck imo. Buy a bunch of GM filters from Corvette Central or your local GM and your set!
