Seriously, when someone asks if you are a "Corvette Guy", what exactly does that mean to you? The person who recently made this comment to me was someone who was addicted to Porsches working his way up to a gt3, etc. lol. I guess he is a "porsche" guy.

It's interesting, because GM in the owner's manual recommends it annually. I've had other GM coupes / T Roofs, etc. in the past... this is something often overlooked until the seals start making noises, squeaky, leaking, etc.
Weatherstripping on C8, which is recommended to be lubricated once per year.

Now, I am kind of nervous to provide the person's name..... but this Service advisor says don't do it. They did not say it will hurt the car, just not to do it, and make sure to store with fresh, high grade fuel. That's it with respect to fuel.
I have a C8, and my dealership (one of the largest sellers of C8's), says to NOT use any fuel stabilizer, when storing vehicle for winter.
This is contrary to probably what many on this forum are doing, but I am curious to know if anyone out there in C8 world is also NOT adding fuel stabilizer...
