Yes it depends on how far down the list you are from an allocation. I got lucky and found a small dealer which offered me their first allocation for 2022. Called in March, Ordered in July, allocation in August and got it in October. I was also on another list at same time and am still a year...

Actually in Canada 2022 gets 2 oil and filter changes and 1 dct filter change with top up.

I have a letter from GM saying it is free on mine. I will post it when I get home later.

I thought the trans filter replacement was free if requested under 12000 kms and under 1 yr. That's how it is for a 2022. Maybe 2021 has different rules?
