Anderson in Woodstock confirmed the free DCT service on my '23. I believe they checked with their Regional Manager. I had forwarded the GM letter to them. More than likely, they get a million service memos, updates, etc. and this one can easily be forgotten.

Intact is my insurer. $1100, $500 deductible, in my 60's, clean record, about $400 off during storage so net is around $700.
