GM no longer offers/sells/manufactures a BCM or the remotes for these 2005-2007 Corvettes. If they did, or should you buy a used one, they no longer have the software program required to re-program the BCM to the fob/remotes, new or original, which is the original problem! Chicken... meet Egg...
There is nothing wrong with the BCM. It's a software programming issue. Think of an computer running windows 3. Microsoft no longer offers support for that software. GM no longer supports Canadian 2005-2007 Corvette and 2004 to 2007 Cadillac XLR remotes.
