Just spent some time in London this week- my only concern would be the turning radius. C8 is not agile in close quarters and lots of close quarters turns and tight parking space.
Must have a good budget for fuel - with current conversion ; premium is close to 4 CAD / Litre
There is a small museum inside the university building downtown Bowling Green we went to see awaiting for the time of our plant tour.
Nashville has many things to see.
Not sure your route, but if driving down through Louisville,KY there are few things neat there ( Churchill Downs, Slugger...
Kal Tire has a good footprint in Ont.
Free repairs too if you bought from them ( I can confirm they do).
Point S has good prices and selection as well though a lot of local stores.
They are my go to when tire shopping.
Funny you mention McDonald’s with Corvette; when I was at Ron Fellows in Nevada, one of the guys in my group was a retired McDonald’s VP who had bought the C8 as his “cottage car”. It was interesting to hear that he liked it more than some of his other more expensive machines.
