Any recommendations for a GTA dealer that knows what they are doing and has reasonable prices for DCT filter replacement?

I bought a used set of base wheels in perfect condition for something like $600 and mounted Michelin Pilot PA4s which I bought from a local tire shop. Works very well. Way, way more traction in the winter than the PS4s (PS4s are outright dangerous when cold+wet).
