Spoilers do what spoilers do, they spoil things.
Regarding 992 GT3 RS, the rear wing alone doesn't generate all of that downforce, it's the entire car. Front splitter, rear wing, underbody, diffuser, canards, etc.
It's rated to make 1900 lb of downforce at 285 kph, or about 900 lb at 200 kph.
Market has really plummeted, eh? GM really oversaturated it by forcing dealers to keep ordering new cars to keep future allocations. Now there are dozens and dozens of brand new C8s on dealership lots.
If you care at all about driving experience and unsprung weight and the effect it has on handling, avoid RFTs at all cost. They are a great thing to have if you don't care about ride or handling, such as driving a SUV out in the middle of nowhere, but on sports cars, they are a BIG no for me. If...
