Best tires for Z51
I switched from the CUP2's on my GS to the Michelin Sport A/S 3+. Better tire for where we live. I bought mine through GRIP Tire in Port Moody. Talk to owner Dean Washington. Great prices and extremely knowledgeable. -

C7 all season tires and alignment?
Just replaced my Sport CUP2's with Michelin A/S 3+. Loved the CUP2's but had the same problem with them picking up every rock on the road. Also had the factory alignment changed to street values. Love the new tires and hoping the change in alignment will get me more life out of the tires. -
Question C7 - Key Fob Issues ? or not ?
I had both my key fobs doing strange things. Didn't think fob battery because both fobs were acting up. Doors wouldn't open and then they would. Couldn't start car because DIC said Key Fob Not Found. Then it would start. Replaced batteries in both fobs and like magic everything ok. -
Brake Question
The moral to this story. Took it into the dealership and my front left brake sensor was broken. They replaced sensor under warranty. I was just worried because it costs a ton to replace rotors on the Z07 package!!! -

I am very good on brakes. Usually paddle down when coming to stops. I have a 2017 C7 A8 GS Z07 package and today I received a service message saying 'Brakes Worn'. Is that normal for this vehicle with only 18,000 kms on the clock? I do not track the car. Normally 50,000 - 60,000 kms is not... -

C7 and Ferries
Went Vancouver to Victoria and Nanaimo to Vancouver with no issues whatsoever. Just a little scary with the cars loaded so close to each other. Made sure I was the last one out of my car and the first one in. But the on and off ramps weren't a problem. -
Mobil 0W40 ESP Dexos, Calgary Area
Originally my 2017 GS came with 5W-30 and 0W-40 was only to be used on the track. Doesn't anyone know why it all changed to 0W-40 on road & track for 2018 or was it 2019??? -

Really good to know Paul as I am having issues pulling out of some parking lots onto main streets due to the front dragging a bit. I would love to lower mine and don't think 1/2 inch in the front would make a lot of difference. -
