Yes updated mine last May on my 2019 built April 2018. Got the same discounted purchase deal. Update took 45-50 minutes as mentioned. It did pick up some new roads etc. If you use it a lot it’s worth the $. -

Tire pressure low on star alert
OnStar refresh takes time especially since they text you the status update. I expect that you had a slightly under inflated rear tire overnight (or whatever period of time sitting) and once you started driving it came back up to temp in the acceptable pressure range.
