My 2016 Z06 started misbehaving at 8k and the dealership replaced the supercharger belt and its been good for the past 47k. The gasoline octane debate is a red herring.

I would be careful about any offset. My Crays have a half inch offset and the rear tires rub on the fenders when I hit a bump.

Looks great! What did you do to keep the rears from rubbing on the fender lip when you hit a bump?

Racetracks generally don't have potholes, railroad tracks, road debris ect. Properly engineered wheels should be structurally designed and fabricated for 'normal' road conditions one would think. My wheels were diagnosed as bent at 18k and then one cracked at 22k. All driven on normal highways...

Onstar notified me there was a problem with the anti lock braking system and stability control. Went to the dealership and there was no problem found and no record of an error? Another safety feature that gives erroneous results of questionable accuracy.

I've taken the vette on 3 x 8,000 km trips and Eco mode made zero mileage improvement over Tour mode. Both settings get amazing fuel mileage on the highway even at 85 mph in the States.

My 2016 Z06 developed the 4 cylinder shudder and growl noise at about 20,000 km. GM replaced the supercharger drive belt with a Gates belt and the shudder and noise are still gone at 50,000 kms. The dealership had trouble understanding the part number and it took more than a week for the belt...

Hey Jeff. The C7 Z06s take 19" front and 20" rears. I looked at buying from House of Wheels, but their order form said their 19 and 20s wouldn't fit the 2016 Z06 and rims could not be returned.
