Do they unmount and remount the tires? Or do you have to get that done at a tire shop?

Well I miss the C6 I sold and I'm going to bite the bullet and buy a 2017 C7 Z51 3LT this weekend... I'm aware the pricing is a bit inflated right now but the desire is just too strong... oh woe is me...

Game changer, it really suits that car. My "07 is Atomic Orange and I'm not sure it would look as good. But been seriously thinking about it. Probably do the taillights for sure. Did you install yourself and any issues?

Done, just have to put the sealer coat on. I'm really impressed at how good this turned out. Here's some side by side before & after's.

Yeah that's what I'm going to use in the future and for my daily driver. I couldn't believe my steering wheel, it was so dirty and took forever to get the oils out, the cleaner I used before just made it slipperier.

So I also added this little tweak... actually looks better than I thought.. ties the back to the chrome rims a bit more;

90% of the time I’m the same way. Got my fill of working on cars when I was younger, but I live alone and I’m bored out of my freakin mind right now lol! If this doesn’t work to my satisfaction I’ll take them in and get them completely redone with new foam too next winter.

So here’s the filler; The plan is to sand, apply first light coat of dye & see if more filler is needed.

Never had a supercharged car, but in "the days of my yoot" (early eighties) we built a twin turbo small block 350, with 454 heads running 10:1 compression and 28 lbs boost.. had to use water injection to be able to run that much boost but we figured we had about 650hp to the back wheels... split...

Thanks, If I had it to do over again and a bit more money, I think I'd take it to a shop and go the hydro dip method. I might still do that down the road..
