I had experienced a cracked rim situation as well on my 2016 Z06 Coupe. I took it to my dealership and they inspected it, ordered a new free replacement no questions asked. Another buddy had the same experaince with his 2017 Grand Sport, and the same result, free replacement rim no questions asked.

I recycled the plate from my 2015 Blue Z06, kind of works on any color. The one from my Yellow Z wouldn't work. I still plan on getting one C8 related once they start the custom plate program again here.

I got my new C8 2 weeks ago Saturday August 15th, and my high wing spoiler finally came in and had it installed on Friday August 28th Carbon Flash Black. Close to 1,300 kilometers on it already.
