First and only bike was a 84 Suzuki GR650. Small enough for around town and big enough for highway travel. Had that bike for over 20 years. Sold it when I lost the itch to ride.
Agree on the fun factor. I have had mine 12 years now and it still puts a grin om my face every time I drive it. Snow is melting quick now. Coming week is going to be wet and above freezing. That should take care of most of the snow. Then we need a few downpours to wash the roads clean.
LOL, no worries about a bit of dressing on the tires drying, still a sweet ride. Jealous of all the guys getting their rides out. We still have snow around and sand/salt on the roads. Although I am not worried about the salt, don't want to get mine sandblasted by traffic.
Morimoto are supposed to be the best ones out there, for example, for your side markers
05-13 Corvette C6 XB LED Side Markers (https://www.morimotohid.com/Side-Markers-Corvette-C6?quantity=1)
Been on my wish list for a while now, just haven't got around to it yet.
If you get a set, take a few...
The proposed pipeline is in the wrong direction. The Canadian shield is an engineering problem that can be dealt with, albeit with some cost. At least bring it to Southern Ontario.
